Jeff Pepperney is the Vice President of Sears Home & Business Franchise, which is part of Sears Home Services (SHS) and a subsidiary of Sears Holding Corp (SHC). SHBF operates a network of over 450 franchised territories and generates over $100 Million in system-wide sales. SHBF offers five separate concepts; Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, Duct Cleaning, Garage Door Solutions, Maid service, and Handyman service.
Jeff presently leads operations in over 455 franchise markets driving over $100MM in revenue, managing teams engaged in corporate operations, field operations and customer experience. He supports franchisees in growing their businesses and achieving success, building tools to help them compete in local markets while improving quality and customer care processes.

Mary Brisentine is the Chief Financial Officer for Sears Home & Business Franchises (SHBF), which is part of Sears Home Services (SHS) and a subsidiary of Sears Holding Corp (SHC). SHBF operates a network of over 450 franchised territories and generates over $100 million in system-wide sales. SHBF offers five separate concepts: Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, Duct Cleaning, Garage Door Solutions, Maid service, and Handyman service.
Mary is proactive and results-oriented with comprehensive experience in all aspects of accounting and financial management. She creates annual budgets and monthly forecasts for five different business lines and delivers monthly financial reporting to upper management. Mary conducts efficient monthly closings of separate financial statements for corporate branch locations and 80+ franchise owners. Her record of executing high quality budgeting and forecasting has led to maximum profitability and growth for SHBF.
As a strong team builder and facilitator, Mary fosters an atmosphere that encourages highly talented accounting professionals to balance high-level skills with maximum production. John Rae joined Sears Home & Business Franchises as the Director of Operations & Brand Leader – Garage Solutions one year ago. . He has lived in north Columbus cities most of his life. John attended The Ohio State University and Franklin University earning degrees in Marketing and Business Management.
He also proudly served as Procurement Supervisor in the Ohio Air National Guard during college to help offset tuition. He has enjoyed a 30 year career mostly in service industries that always put the customer first. This customer centric focus allowed John to serve 12 years as Vice President of a large service broker company and 7 years as a Regional Vice President for Jani-King International.
John’s hobbies include motorcycle day trips exploring Ohio, attending car shows and live music events. He is a "retired" semi-professional drummer. John has a 25y/o son Ryan, who is out on his own now. John resides with his girlfriend Becky and their black lab Hunter.
Eric Kunar is the Director of Operations & Brand Leader for Sears Home and Business Franchises. During Eric’s tenure, he has held multiple positions within the Franchise Organization as well as Sears Home Services. Currently Eric leads the Sears Clean organization comprising of Floor Cleaning and Maintenance (Carpet, Tile, Wood), Duct Cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Indoor Air Quality and Maid Service. Eric is a Highly effective leader with 26 years of operational excellence in corporate, franchise and small business organizations with a proven track record of developing, implementing and delivering upon short and long-term results. Eric’s servant leadership and knowledge of multi-channel collaboration has allowed him to execute business objectives, employee retention and customer satisfaction.
Eric earned and Government degree from Oberlin College and a MBA from Ashland University. Eric has taken his experience as a college athlete to help “game-plan” a team atmosphere to facilitate communication and accountability with business partners and internal team members. While Eric has coached both Youth and Middle school football in the past, he has spent the last 5 years as President of the Athletic Booster Organization overseeing a Division 1 high school and 2 middle schools. During his tenure he has been instrumental in leading and managing a collaborative effort between the school district, township, athletic department and parents to fund capital projects such as building turf football and baseball field and erecting an indoor baseball hitting facility and a state-of the art wrestling complex.
Eric resides with his wife Michelle and daughter Mollie in a suburb of Columbus. Eric’s son is college student in Indiana.
