Dave and Carol Konze recently received earned the award during an annual meeting of Sears franchise owners.
“As a team we discussed having an award for a Franchise Partner who epitomizes what it takes to be successful in the Garage Solutions brand,” said John Rae, director, franchise operations, Sears Garage Solutions. “It is the combination of their total efforts, hard work and determination that made the decision very easy. The Konze’s set the bar very high for next year’s recipient,” Rae added.
Rae said there were several criteria for the award:
