Outside of work, Jeff is active in his church and several community service organizations. He is an executive sponsor and leader of the "Sears Franchise Gives Back" community service team and an executive board member of the Olentangy Thunder Baseball Organization.

Mary is proactive and results-oriented with comprehensive experience in all aspects of accounting and financial management. She creates annual budgets and monthly forecasts for five different business lines and delivers monthly financial reporting to upper management. Mary conducts efficient monthly closings of separate financial statements for corporate branch locations and 80+ franchise owners. Her record of executing high quality budgeting and forecasting has led to maximum profitability and growth for SHBF.

As a strong team builder and facilitator, Mary fosters an atmosphere that encourages highly talented accounting professionals to balance high-level skills with maximum production. He also proudly served as Procurement Supervisor in the Ohio Air National Guard during college to help offset tuition. He has enjoyed a 30 year career mostly in service industries that always put the customer first. This customer centric focus allowed John to serve 12 years as Vice President of a large service broker company and 7 years as a Regional Vice President for Jani-King International.

John’s hobbies include motorcycle day trips exploring Ohio, attending car shows and live music events. He is a "retired" semi-professional drummer. John has a 25y/o son Ryan, who is out on his own now. John resides with his girlfriend Becky and their black lab Hunter.

Eric earned and Government degree from Oberlin College and a MBA from Ashland University. Eric has taken his experience as a college athlete to help “game-plan” a team atmosphere to facilitate communication and accountability with business partners and internal team members. While Eric has coached both Youth and Middle school football in the past, he has spent the last 5 years as President of the Athletic Booster Organization overseeing a Division 1 high school and 2 middle schools. During his tenure he has been instrumental in leading and managing a collaborative effort between the school district, township, athletic department and parents to fund capital projects such as building turf football and baseball field and erecting an indoor baseball hitting facility and a state-of the art wrestling complex.

Eric resides with his wife Michelle and daughter Mollie in a suburb of Columbus. Eric’s son is college student in Indiana.
